This series of short video works were made to be installed alongside short fictional texts and audio recordings to prompt multiple and overlapping readings of the work. The video, audio and written narratives employ fragmentation, repetition and rhythm to consider the politics of minute everyday actions. The various installations formed part of a larger research project into the socio-physiology of reading practices, where socio-physiology is understood as the relationship between a social narrative or history and the habitual physical functions of individuals within a society.
